Quietly stock up a drinks cabinet with spirits and mixers etc, then learn a few cocktails.
buy a dickie bow and get a white towel.
Then , when the kids are in bed, mix her a big cocktail, strip off, put the dickie bow on and put the towel over yer arm. Then bring her the cocktail on a tray, making a suitable comlmentary comment.
Not only will you never have any problems ever again, but you will be pulling the bedsheets out of yer bum for a fortnight.
Come up with a new wheeze every five years or so, and bobs yer uncle.
