This is my method, which is similar to db's:

• Lay duvet cover out, insert hands to furthest corners, and pull the each corner inside out.

• Pick up duvet, and match two end corners to each of the pulled out corners as above.

• While continuing to maintain your hold on each corner bundle, lift the whole lot up to shake the duvet cover down over the duvet.

• Shake out in anger until duvet is evenly distributed within cover.

Not hard at all. Stary by feeding duvet through the bottom of the duvet cover.

Shove top LH corner of duvet into top LH corner of duvet cover and keep a firm hold on cover + duvet at intersection. Now shove top RH corner into top RH corner of duvet cover as for LH. Holding both corners give a firm shake.
Now insert bottom LH corner into bottom LH corner and ditto right. Turn duvet + cover upside down, shake out as above.

Pour wine.
Drink wine.

Easiest way is to turn the duvet cover inside out and then holding the corners of the duvet and the corners of the inside out cover, shake vigoruously. The cover then goes the right way over the duvet and everything is in place.
