I didn't actually insult him. I said the process was amateur. It reminded me of the Apprentice.

May I suggest that you don't watch the Apprentice if you are likely to encounter Bobs the next day. Between yesterday's story and today's you seem to be having no luck.

I'm sure I was in a meeting once before when someone uttered six sigma and I head butted the table. Every time I hear I cringe, whatever the latest process idea that comes out of the US we're chasing it.
