An Afghan man who faced execution for converting from Islam to Christianity has been released from jail.
Abdul Rahman was freed from a Kabul prison after prosecutors dropped an apostasy charge.
The release followed a UN statement that Mr Rahman had appealed for asylum outside Afghanistan and that the body was working to find a country willing to take him.
