Another Rep Thread

Here's a question, is the same formula used to determine the points taken off when you -ve someone as if you give some +ve love?

Since I've started baiting Churchill any -ve rep only takes off a few points, where as any +ve bumps me up quite a bit.

Does this mean a different formula is being used, or the fact I am being -ve by sockies who's standing isn't worth much so their rep isn't.

People sometimes want to rep someone but are told they need to spread reps around others first, presumably they rep any randoms in the same thread as the easiest way.
