Like Ebay, make sure you get the money before parting with the goods.
Never has a man been heard to say on his death bed that he wishes he'd spent more time in the office.

I'm very tight indeed and only spend money on the following: house and location (have to be the best, that's an investment and you live there), working clothes (my suits are hand made - sadly in this shallow world appearance counts), holidays (5 star and club class always - probably a legacy of my backpacking horror student days), food and drink (no point taking in crap).

I can do without casual designer labels, flash cars, jewellery, and all the appertunances of an "aspiring" lifestyle designed to show off to the Jones's.
It's nice to see someone else has a sane attitude to life. I have a similar approach except I learned a long time ago that if you're excellent at what you do nobody cares about your appearance. I'm sure SAS is quite sensible investing in the finest handmade Italian suits.

But as you're a hunchbacked bell ringer OG you don't really need a flash suit.

            WHS

The charts shows increase in price equivalent to dividends, after that - big sell off and it goes lower then original catching all the wanna be "investors" who should stick to running tat shops instead.

Or the reality might be a bit different - they have to pay dividends at rate of 9% just to maintain their current share price levels.

Anyway, just to be on topic (don't want to get banned for nothing) - I think you are all sad tight losers who lack healthy ambition.

I also agree with the two posters who rent property from some one else.

Quite. Some (or is that most) techies lack the imagination to transport themselves into different milieus.
