General Anaesthetic

Had my first one for wisdom teeth last year - was very apprehensive but was OK. Forgot they stuck a tube down your throat but didn't see it nor have a sore throat.
The pre-injection was fun. The anaesthetist said it was like a glass of wine. I said you better make it a triple then to have any effect. He laughed as a black curtain closed over my eyes and like a cut scene, I was awake in the recovery room with a mouthful of marshmallows that I couldn't swallow. If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment

I had it when I was young for the dentist. Felt nauseous for the rest of the day and just wanted to sleep.Comment
