Some sad news.

This morning, I learned that an old friend of mine, Martin Sidebottom (pronounced Siddy-Bottahm)
has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act and is now a resident of Rampton Hospital.

To be honest, the idea that riding a bike 'no hands' would impress the girls did make me laugh, round our way it had to be two litres of 'white lightning' and ten ciggies
