O gods! My mum came to visit a couple of weeks ago and couldn't print her boarding card because the online chec in was 'broken'. I determined that she had booked using an incorrect ermail address. I was then given the task of guessing the email address she had entered. When I did eventually manage this, she thanked me by snapping the back door key in the lock by inserting a spoon handle in the hole in the key to get some extra torque because it 'wouldn't turn'.
