Ah yeah, I was getting emails about Glasgow to Orlando being £470 recently but that was if you booked it for the following week. I'm going in August

Just hoping I don't have to go back through "soft processing" when I land in Newark again...

O gods! My mum came to visit a couple of weeks ago and couldn't print her boarding card because the online chec in was 'broken'. I determined that she had booked using an incorrect ermail address. I was then given the task of guessing the email address she had entered. When I did eventually manage this, she thanked me by snapping the back door key in the lock by inserting a spoon handle in the hole in the key to get some extra torque because it 'wouldn't turn'. Bless 'er.

    .

Actually the super complaints do sometimes get results:

You wouldn't have the FSA taking action against the banks if it wasn't for the publicity this generated.

Not booked it yet as I'll be using airmiles. I was just trying to work out why they still want +€900 for myself and Mrs PL even when using miles.

out of all these charges it would seem the fuel surcharge is the biggest one.

I mean you buy a ticket for any other form of transport and it includes the cost of the fuel to drive the bus/train whatever.
