Nah, getting up is vastly overrated, and there's a chance of rain. If it's warm and comfortable, I'd stay put if I was you.

Why is it that I end up spending money on my house just as I'm contemplating moving out of the country and renting it out.

Need to spruce up the kitchen as well and am getting the interior and exterior painted.
