It seems to me you have a perfect bunch right here to nanny the kid. Everyone on the bench could do a few weeks and pass on their particular skills.

By the time the kid it 4 he will be a kungfu, .net,entrprenurial, statistical global warming sceptic. He'll take that nannys bully-child and rip his head off.
