I have looked after my son several times and much as I love him, it would drive me potty to do so day after day.
We did our research with this nanny, prior to us she was 7 years at the same family and the kids were still friends with her and considered her part of the family.
You can tell my son is fond of her and she back - I think she just tolerates a bit too much horse play.Hard Brexit now!
