* C#/ASP.NET
* An ORM (such as Entity Framework or NHibernate)
* SQL Server 2008 (including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS)
* Advanced Javascript in a DHTML environment (preferably jQuery)
* Unit testing and mocking, preferably with NUnit
* Continuous Integration, preferably CC.NET
* Experience of Developing RESTful interfaces
* Working on a multi-tiered environment and with Visual Studio 2010
* Experience of working in an agile environment.
* Experience of migrating and developing large scale databases.
* Ability to transfer skills/provide on-job training.
* Able to integrate, communicate and work effectively as part of an established team.
