Never smoked.
Gone on a low calorie and not had a drink for 36 hours.

I gave up smoking about 7 or 8 years ago. I've cut down drinking a lot, primarily because I'm starting to realise I will die otherwise.While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment
