If the guy on the right had a shave and a couple of good nights' sleep, after laying off the happy pills, I reckon he might look _better_ than the guy on the left - At least he'd have slimmed down a bit and lost that goggle eyed look.

How long do you need to use them for?
Is it the drugs or the lengths people have to go to get them which makes them look like this?
