Well I've never seen one of these in a google search before.
If you read the PDF, they are claiming that the Vietnamese site nicked not only their questions and answers via a direct "copy and paste job", but their titles, tags and categories system, mostly verbatim.

I got that bit - but what's the Google connection? Presumably Experts Exchange are saying it's Google's fault because the Vietnamese geezer got the content from Google?
As to paying for Experts Exchange - I have always found the answer at the bottom of the thread - even when there's a box saying I need to subscribe.

It's great isn't it? I like to think of it as the "scrolling attack". This vulnerability also gives you a fair idea of the quality of answers found on the site.
