    Phew.
That would be an offshoot of the rugby team that plays with a round ball.

If Mrs Jog is aware they bite and the bites hurt you won't have a problem moving out sharpish.

(OK she will move out and leave you to sort it out.)

It's her place/mortgage etc - been waiting for it all to happen since last Summer and had it all done up/rewired/replumbed etc...

I'm looking at some professional exterminators now

My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

              Indeed, and now I'm disappointed.

The mind boggles at what a Harlequin Ladyboy might be.

That's a bit extreme for her picking a duff infested flat don't you think? Still I suppose you're the beneficiary in her will.

Piece of advice. Do NOT do a Google image search for "Harlequin Ladyboy" with safesearch turned off.

                  Seriously. Don't bother.

They were in hibernation when we looked around and only started coming out a few weeks ago whenever we'd put the heating on.

There must be a (grapefruit sized apparently) nest somewhere near the outside of our flat - unless it's inside or in one of the neighbouring flats.. There is a residents meeting next week so I shall bring it up. They only come in to the bedroom which is on the top floor - maybe they're nesting on the roof?

Maybe so, but exterminating the wife does seem to be going a tad far.
