This is interesting because for me a lot of 'punk' was actually Bruce Springsteen regurgitated - certainly Geldoff and Boom Town Rats and certainly this, whilst still good and fresh, I like Bruce, not all of it, none of anything recent, but I do think he had more influence on music in the late 70's than he get's credit for.
