Not sure great intelligence or knowledge is required to rule humans, just application of some fairly basic principles that the likes of Muhamed, Goebbels and conservatory salemen knew very well. Create a crisis, offer glib solutions that must be grasped quickly, invent enemies and scapegoats, stop people having to think for themselves or assume responsibility for their own lives, shift reckonings into the future.bloggoth
