I find the same with women. When I was single I couldn't get a sniff of skirt as if I was on my hands and knees in a Boxing Day sale in Primark.

Once I'm in a relationship and with kids, women throw themselves at me constantly. I am forever having to knock back my wifes friends & sisters and the ladies on CUK. Typical.

One interview (of 3) was with a bloke who is Head of Software Development, and who seems to think he was the greatest thing since sliced bread and that everyone around him was a fool. Said manager lacks any social skills or even ability to interact with other human beings. Many permies, including some very experienced and competent people, left simply because they hate him. Said manager's boss, the CIO, is even more of a cockhead.

Confusing, you'd think they'd get on like a house on fire with so much in common.
