    I'll admit it made me smile

    I notice the council are planning to fix reflective strips and the likes, I wonder if they had perhaps considered red paint?
    Admittedly without warning reflective strips they're probably begging for a few 'elf n safety legal actions.

        Obviously the solution is to rush out and paint them all a tarmacy gravel colour tomorrow, before the snow melts!
