Losing 4 days invoicing due to bank holidays!

Having your bank completely close down transaction processing at midnight on Easter Thursday and not open it up until Tuesday morning.

Money that went in on Thursday should have been available for Friday morning but wasn't seen until Tuesday.

I talked nicely to my agent who put through my invoice a day early so I got it on the Thursday instead of the usual Friday

The brass is normally available the day it goes in, but this time it wasn't.

At least they gave it the right transaction date, so what little interest they pay will be correct.
