I think they need to be stopped.

How can they do that except in very limited context? It is far too common. The briefest search finds facettoface, fatface, facepaintings.

PS Another zero comment thread saved in the nick of time. I should get a knighthood, people get them for much more trivial stuff, like charity work for horrible common sorts.
