    When advertising goes wrong

F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone uses mugging in watch advert

The tag line quotes Ecclestone as saying: "See what people will do for a Hublot."
Beat that for a piece of crass opportunism by Ecclestone.

I don't know what Hublot marketing execs are thinking if they run with this.

Maybe they should include a sign with each watch that their customers can wear around their neck saying "Mug Me!".

Nice use of "F1 KING POWER" caption too.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

Looking at their web site, that's a right chav-with-money brand, innit?
My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.
