I'd get your loft space looked at too...
That looks like a classic symptom of not having enough insulation and the snow melting from underneath!

None of them are my house. We were interested to see how some roofs melted faster, considering this is a new-build estate. To be fair, that one in the photo is after 3-4 days of no further snow, and does get direct sunlight.
