Ohhh that happened to my best mate at home, she caught her finger in the door and it chopped the top clean off.. stupid Dr sewed it on backwards, she has a wonky finger now.

Years ago, my Dad used to have a VW Transporter van.
One day, my sister was inside the back of it leaning with her hand, against the frame where the slide door meets the frame.
My brother, without looking, closed the door and my sister let out an almighty shriek.
