What's scary though is the number of contracts, which on the graph seems to be approximating zero.
I guess that's the conclusion; contracts are still paying well but there are many less than 10 years ago. All the others either left the sector or went permies.I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.Comment

Poll results are so far indicating hourly rates in the top 10% in fact top 1-2%
I'm thinking the poll may be flawed. Asking a question about hourly rates to contractors is a little like asking average penis size to a group of teenage lads.
