Someone, who I won't name as it was private correspondence, tells me that a positive rep from me was worth 14 points.

Assuming the relationship is in a linear form: repPoints = p * postcount + a * age + c

then we already have 1 data point to plug into the 3 simultaneous equations required to work out p, a and c. Likely there will be other variables and it may not be linear, but yous got's to start someplace.
