As a few of you know I've been TUPE'd from one big corp to another and been put on immediate gardening leave but...
I may have the opportunity to do a a few weeks contract work starting Monday, should I just do it and take double bubble?
Is there any way my present 'employer' or new client could find out? Obviously I can't get a P45 and run a payroll until I've finished with the 'employer' but other than that I can't see a problem.
My present 'employer' is only going through the motions and there's zero chance of being asked to come in.
Have I missed anything?
