    And personally I could not give two hoots for the miners, they were the ones demanding a 40% wage increase a few years before and plunging the UK into a 3 day week. They got what they deserved.

      I assume that all those that praise the free enterprise and mass import of cheap coal that led to mine closures due to Maggie have no problem with large corps bringing in bob to undercut their +£100K a year rates?

                    Good for you. So you have no problem with the current imports? Do you view it as a good thing that big corp can cut costs under the banner of free enterprise?


                    Personally (so far) I'm largely unaffected... but then I again I have no probs with 2 flights to get to work if the money's right. Like you say Adapt, change, survive.
