Potentially a "me me me" thread but I do need some advice so please bear with me.

I need to relocate my office (to free up a bedroom).
I have a big garden, and an existing fugly asbestos garage that I can have removed to free up space.

I'm thinking of a timber framed office in it's place. Budget of 5K. Seems do-able.

Anyone try this?
Perils and pitfalls or shrewd short to mid term move?

We're moving shortly and have a similar situation. Any idea on costs to remove the asbestos garage?
