No simply because the claims were, at worst, simply incorrect.

According to your logic we can dig up Winston Churchill, we can put Thatcher on trial for the falklands, put Blair up again for Balkan civilians being killed, in fact anyone who has presided over any regime who's representatives have killed someone.

Thatcher herself condemned Blair for going to War over unscientific facts and allegations over a non existant WMD program.
