In our Soviet Uni it was compulsory even though our speciality was economics and finance...

Still not getting the "10" part. Why 10 rather than 1? Sorry, was looking for the facts not the trick Not bad actually. But on the serious side...

I did a maths/physics at a good university. Sadly they focused on actual mathematics and limits rather than high-school "1 divided by 0 equals infinity".
Unlike economics, maths is the domain of hard facts so you might like to quite before everyone else finds this thread in the morning.

Tends to infinity is pretty damn close to already unspecified very high value, hence it can be said it is infinity.
