    From what I can see, they portray the IT staff as untrained, clueless, incompetent geeks with no social skills.

    So yes, they have it spot on (for permies).

      I found it funny but I don't work on a helpdesk
      I remember the good old days of this site when people used to moan about serious contractor related issues like house prices and immigration. How times have changed!?
