      Anyway, I think in sasguru's parlance, "Getting the Builders In" is a euphemism for bunging his gay Polish Carpenter Lodger a few "Favours" in return for a bodged go at updating his maisonette in Hackney!

                    Our next door neighbour is having some building work done by a couple of Polish guys and they are staying in his house while they do the work. They play table tennis out in the back garden till about 10:30pm and keep knocking the balls over the fence. One of them pops round most mornings to collect them. It's quite sweet really. If they were English builders they'd be locked in the boozer all night and pop round most mornings because they'd forgotten which house they were working on.

                      I hear there was an immense level 9 earthquake around at sasguru's place and it did £150k worth of improvements.
