How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
They're amazingly strong for their size - Obvious really, when you consider they can dart up a tree almost as fast as you can blink!
A few years ago large squirrel ran up to where I was sitting in Kensington Gardens. I lowered my closed hand as if to offer it a nut, although unfortunately my hand was empty, and it immediately rushed up and literally clawed apart a couple of my fingers to see what was inside. When it realized there was nothing it nipped my finger, not too hard but it seemed hard enough to say "That's for taking the mick!"
