Being paid to sit on your arse and make a couple of quid here and there starts to look a lot more attractive.
I suppose if you can get the total cost down to 1.20 quid and can cover 50 sales a day like that then it is 40 quid tax free for a few hours work which is not bad on top of the social, keep you topped up in cider and fags.

Might be a bit tricky getting the 50 envelopes down the post box every day though.

Why bother? When you can make 400 pounds a day easy doing contracting. eBay is only for suckers .... both buyers and sellers.

Isn't the idea NOT to do it yourself but get someone else in for £7 per hour to do admin, pack and post goods - leaving you to invoice the £400 per day?

I went to Vision Express last week and found a nice pair of glasses priced at £150.
Enquired if that included lenses.... it doesn't, that's another £140

Probably close to 1000% mark up over cost price

That's why GlassesDirect was set up.

So far this evening I've sold £207 on Ebay whilst I've been working on last years accounts.

                    Was it sales or margin?

Local bric-a-brac merchant has been leafleting the area recently, actual line from his leaflet:

                      "Will buy coins for cash"
                      Coffee's for closers
