I used to hate spiders too, now I can pick up big hairy ones with no qualms at all.

Never ever found a spider on my conkers. I did have some strange little multi legged bastids, but the doctor assured me that they wern't spiders

Last Autumn PRC's 1-4 collected thousands of conkers. It became a contest to have the most stashed in large crates in their rooms.
Despite this we had just as many spiders as every year.
We also have a ruined lawn and very fat squirrels after Mrs PRC chucked them all out into the garden.Comment
