The cheeky mare who rear ended me in stationary traffic the other week told her insurance company I rolled back down a hill into her.

What irks me is a) She admitted it at the time b) She blatantly rammed me which is amazing considering she as well as myself had been stationary for about 30 seconds. The stupid bint was playing with her phone and her foot slipped. Her mother phoned me that night all shirty.

Just spoke with her insurance company and she told them that I rolled back into her!!!!

I informed her insurance company that I had recorded a video of the conversation on my Iphone when I got out and if I was them I'd remind her (as I did her mother) of the fact.

Lo and be hold, 10 minutes later, I got a call back saying, she still didn't admit liability, but now didnt know what happened!!!

          Her insurance will pay out.

Her mum obviously got her to lie. Nice!

Don't take your eye off the ball on this one MF. I know a few people who have been in accidents that were not their fault but still ended up out of pocket. It's much easier for the insurance company to take a 'knock for knock' stance.
And purely as a side effect they get to charge you loads more money for years and years.

Woman who drove at full pelt into the back of me a few weeks ago causing a four car shunt very kindly got out sobbing, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" in front of all three other drivers. Was a bit nervous because these multi-shunt things can get complicated, but my insurance said she admitted liability for it all. Too right!

There is more to it - but not that materially alters it I left out the rest so it wasn't too Wilmslow. The facts are - I was parked, and had been for some time. A daft bint rammed me. She then got all shirty because I got out to see what had happened. I wasn't nasty to her in any way - she was so busy mouthing off I didn't get chance to say much!

Fair enough, sounds like she was just a mentalist...
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

You should have shot her, then shot her boyfriend, then a copper and then gone on the run for a week threatening to kill the police, eventually blowing your own head off.

That way you would have become a hero....

Because I was hoping to have knocked her sparko and then had my wicked way. Mooooooooooo haaaaaaa ha!
