Poddle out to Olney and there are a few nice pubs for a meal.... (well there are obviously other decent pubs as well but Olney is a piece of pish to find.... just follow the A509....)

If you've got several hours... you could go and see Suity in Luton.....

Oh Oh Oh Nearly forgot.... You could spend a few hours in Ikea!!!
Cheers for the suggestions. Will probably do that. The suity thing is out I am afraid. I PM'd him but he said he is going to be away at a Brass-Rubbing Festival in Stow-on-the-Wold, staying overnight at Liddle-Piddling-in-the-Lobby!!

You've never been to Port Talbot then?

I spent a few of my formative years in MK. It's the suicide capital of Britain, or used to be at least. I presume the Prodigy are playing the bowl?

The cinema, which is an 80s modern thing in the shape of a pyramid, used to be called the point when first built, and was I believe the first "multiplex" cinema in Britain, but I think it was easy cinema last time I was there. That was a few years ago, I expect the carpet has been redone in burberry check by now.

As I recall, stony stratford (Stony Stratford, UK - the Jewel of Milton Keynes) is the "posh" bit. Bletchly Park might be worth a visit if you are early and like that sort of thing.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
