They're just road signs, officially it's the Inner Ring Road
Why was it called the inner ring road when there was no outer one? Surely the default should have been to be called the ring road until an outer one was completed. That's like saying this car is my second fastest car because at some point in the future you intend to buy a faster one.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

They didn't get replaced they are all still there!

It's INside the city, hence inner.
