    i have sat down with my manager and had it out.

    he has stated that he feels that the technical architect needs to be 'moved on' as soon as possible..

        Just tell him you'll take him outside and sort him out - worked in about 5 instances with different people over my time ... they avoid me like the plague ...

                      No the point is perly - individuals have a conscience whereas large corporates do not - corporates seek a return no matter the consequence to anyone else e.g. global warming.
