What a waste of taxpayers money.

Are they going to process it into food? I'm sure some of those starving asylum seekers would be glad of a bit of fresh meat. Or will they blow it up?

But back on subject, I think this whale was trained by Al Qua'eda to swim up the Thames to the Houses of Parliament and detonate itself.

Why didn't it go off? Probably because, as it swam past the Houses of Parliament, Prescott was standing on the balcony blocking the whale's view, and it missed them, carrying on up to Chelsea.
