In Luxembourg Chris Huhne is agreeing to raise CO2 reduction targets from 20% to 30% by 2020. I presume this will mean the creation of thousands of "green" jobs.

I keep looking to get on this bandwagon by seeing if there is any market for coverage in the trading of futures on all these traded emissions allowances etc. Each time I look at the trade volume / open interest figures I think why bother. There is frack all trading takes place in this stuff; there is no interest.

Maybe I should apply for a grant from the government to develop something? I'm not going to waste my time over it.
