It's like conversation with my wife, she decides I said something and then has a go at me about it.
I'd refer you to my previous post, but I don't think it's going to get through somehow.

You dont seem to have any idea of your own. The limit of your vision is to view tax rises as an entity in themselves. You make no attempt to put the financial situation we are in into any kind of context. Your illogical cliched view of the world suggests that you have little understanding of broad economics.

If you think that tax rises under the Tories would be wrong then make the argument. Dont assume we are all as stupid as you are.

You realise you don't make any sense? It's not labelling when multiple polls on CUK have shown the majority support Tories. And, I'm not ever claiming this is a bad thing. But you just keep reading what you want between the lines, it apparently keeps you happy having an imaginary viewpoint you can argue with.

I never aimed to make a point about the sense of tax raises, I don't know where you got that idea. My only point was that I expect those who have been in favour of Tories making needed cuts and tax rises to quickly flip-flop as soon as it hits them in the pocket.

First, you claim I'm speaking from a strong socialist angle. 5min later you say I don't have an angle. Make your mind up why don't you? If you care to base it on facts and things I've said, all the better, but let's not walk before we can run, eh?

On the one hand you complain about being labelled and then a couple of minutes later do exactly the same thing.

              You sir, are a hypocrite.

I am crediting you with having some sort of broader idealistic view of the world. I am however wrong. It is clear that you seem to think that there are two types of tax increases. One of which is a labour tax increase and the other is a Tory one.

There was me thinking that the raising of tax fitted into some broad political and economic context which was linked to the financial state that this country is in, when actually all you see it is as a tit for tat fight between two feuding political parties.

                I do apologise to you.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
