Yup, they even got that wrong in the class attributes and CSS: certain elements have the class "seperator" and associated styles

Then again, having "separator" as a class with associated styles is epic fail, however it's spelt. They even use "td" as a class value, FFS

Maybe you're doing it wrong

Tell you what, try this at the YQL Console:

select * from html 
   where xpath="//div[contains(@class, 'blockrow')]//a[contains(@class, 'tagcloudlink')]" 
   and url="http://forums.contractoruk.com/tags/"

and see if it works for you
