Any headhunter worth his salt would not present a shortlist with someone who spends so much time on Forum boards

I smell bulltulipe. If you could get out early why would you want gardening leave? You would just join the new ClientCo immediately?

A mate who WAS headhunted, had to serve out his 6 months on garden leave (though he spent it in south America lucky b). If you're on 6 months it's because you are key, and know a lot about company strategy. Therefore, they force you to do the garden leave so you can't take company secrets to a competitor. They wouldn't let you work as soon as they knew you were leaving, and they wouldn't let you go early. Long way of saying WHS!

I cannot wait to see your daffodils on Gardening time. With the amount of bulltulip you're spreading you're going to have one of the best gardens in Europe!
What happens in General, stays in General.
