The convertible is the spare car. Only comes out in the sunshine, sunshine.

Was this your upbringing? Your posts make more sense if so.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

The police take a rather dim view of drivers going up the kerb just to get round someone who's taking longer than they think necessary to turn right.

As the others said though, it's only a car.
And if it's THAT important to you (IMO its a common as muck 3 series convertible, I lose count of how many hairdressers I see driving them every day), then don't let her drive it!
It's not as if she took it out without asking you and then kerbed it.

Does wrecking the alloys count as "unreasonable behaviour" in divorce proceedings?

You need to sort your priorities out!

As Norrahe says. Get your priorities straight.

Divorce the bitch. She's obviously a complete liability!!

If you let her drive the car, and you're that fussed about it getting damaged, then it's your fault.

Writing off your car is grounds for dumping a girlfriend, but I wouldn't put it up there in reasons for divorce.
