    Are you sure you know what a vagina is? :

    The word vagina is quite often incorrectly used to refer to the vulva or female genitals generally; strictly speaking, the vagina is a specific internal structure.

      and I thought one bit of the picture was obvious - in the colloquial Twunt

      but the other bit - could easily be mistaken for a pumpkin*... on closer inspection I think its looking deep into the petals* of a trumpet* shaped flower* with the stamen* appearing to be the stalk*/stem* of the pseudo-pumpkin.

      * pumpkin, petals, trumpet, flower, stamen, stalk and stem are used as generic terms in order to indicate an impression or meaning but are not intended to be botanically accurate

      although feel free to apply the word Twunt as appropriate
